Hello all, I hope you are well and enjoying the beginning of summer, it has been very up and down with the weather, heatwaves followed by below average temperatures, but we get through it as best we can.

I decided to paint this picture depicting Mother Nature as a response to seeing how nature copes with changing weather patterns and extremes.

We are of course part of nature too, with more ability to shape our environment than other species but we still have to adapt to changes too.

This painting showing Mother Nature singing the world into existence is also about the rhythm of life on the planet, things are always in flux with ebbs and flows, highs and lows, much like a piece of music.

I also recently visited a woodland which contained a lovely surprise, an actual dragon!

It looked magnificent with silver scales shimmering through the dappled shade.

Such an amazing creature, but how did it get here???

Of course it was the Elves! :)

I hope you manage to get out in nature soon and also do something creative.
