Hello everyone!! I hope you are well and enjoying the very first days of a new decade!!
I didn’t make any New Year’s resolutions this year as I think every day should be a opportunity for newness!
Can you imagine how good it feels to wake up in the morning and step into a new you? So that by bed time you have become a slightly better version of yourself?
That one step can be a great journey all of its own.
Maybe you have decided to start arting for the first time?
In this video I can show you how to use simple watercolor pencils to create some colourful bookmarks!!
I hope you have a go at making them and please do share them in the Facebook group!

Hello Again! I hope you are well and enjoying the start of 2020!! Whooo
Today I would like to share with you a new tutorial video specially for those of you who want to start arting for the first time.
I started my art journey in 2012 when I bought a tin of watercolor pencils and a pad of paper, my creative outlets at that time were video, creating visuals for concerts and events as well as producing short videos for TV companies etc.
I wanted to expand my creative vocabulary and learn to paint and draw, watercolor pencils seemed the easiest way to start and I want to show how you too can start a colourful art journey with a handful of pencils and some paper.
Today we will be painting my Kudu antelope design which I have linked below the video.
Please feel free to save this and print it for colouring with watercolor pencils.
In the video I will show you how to get started.
If you would like to share your creations please feel free to join the facebook group here
and upload your first paintings! It’s soooo exciting!
Hello again!! I guess its that time when we start decorating our homes with seasonal trinkets, garlands, trees with ornaments etc etc
I always wanted to make my own wreath and decided to try making one out of paper!
Everyone thought it was real!!
It looked so good that I decided to make a tutorial showing how I created it, if you have an electronic paper cutter such as the silhouette cameo then this tutorial is perfect for you, and you can also cut the leaves etc by hand!
I hope you enjoy this tutorial and I look forward to seeing your creations!, please feel free to post them up on my art group here

This was my first ever VJ gig!! It was at the Astoria, Leicester Square in London for top reggae band Morgan Heritage!
You could say that I threw myself in at the deep end there! But I went on to mix live visuals for many other reggae bands after that. It was an amazing experience 😁
I decided to be come a VJ or Visual Jockey after seeing a concert performance given by the VJ’s as Yeast https://yeastculture.org/
They were mixing video clips in time to the music of Nitin Sawhney http://www.nitinsawhney.com/ I had never seen anything like it in my life.
I chatted to the VJs after the show and they offered to train me to become a VJ myself!!
Thus began a 10 year journey into all things live video, I performed at Apple UK private events, went on tour with jazz stars, played to thousands in Trafalgar Square etc etc
It was a wonderful time in my life.
I’ve been sharing bits of my work over on Instagram as part of ‘Social October’
Including this video, which was commissioned by the legendary jazz saxophonist Courtney Pine and features his band member, violinist Omar Puente.
I filmed, directed and edited the video whilst the band were performing in London.
It was such a memorable experience and honor to work with such talented musicians!
