Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. It’s been a bit cold and grey here so I decided to paint this light filled painting of fireflies as part of a course by Willowing.

As I’m slowly returning to painting after a long period of learning 3D it has really helped me to do online lessons such as this.

Getting to know my art supplies again has been a real joy and although I am a bit rusty with the brush strokes, I’m slowly getting my painting mojo back.

It takes time and I’m gently easing myself back into it.
