I’ve been doing lots of Willowing courses recently, for both Kaleidoscope 2024 and the upcoming Year of Light tasters.

This painting ‘Cast Your Shadow on the Moon” was made as part of a Kaleidoscope taster week lesson from Effy Wild

It was a reminder that when times are tough you can imagine yourself to be large enough to cast a shadow on the moon, and it will help you to get through the hard times. x

I also made this colour wheel as part of the Kaleidoscope main course

I found it really interesting to mix the tones, shades and tints and realise that I almost never do this when painting, which is why all my artwork tends to be very saturated with colour.

These colourful leaves were made as part of the Tiffany Sharpe taster lesson for Willowing’s Year of Light course

I absolutely loved making these leaves and created some greetings cards with them :)
