Hello! :) I’ve finally finished the March calendar art journal page and yes it is late but at least I completed it :) I wanted to try creating papercut hot air balloons from scratch using a hand drawn image that was scanned and traced using the silhouette cameo software.
I really enjoyed making this page, especially the background which was made using stencils and varying shades and values of blue, finished with a wash of transparent marine blue FW ink… I love that ink soo much! There is a process video below the photos
