Morning walk and catch-up

It was a glorious morning today, I routed my walk via St Paul’s Cathedral and managed to capture it bathed in the early morning spring sunshine. The crazy paving is now weed free and I can see the path again :/ I also took a walk along Charing Cross Road to the Foyles bookstore which had some cute 3d paper cut penguins in the window display. Which reminds me that I need to make some new paper cutting templates.. watch this space.. I couldn’t resist buying a book and a few other goodies. image

Am looking forward to starting the Infernal Devices series by Cassandra Clare, I want to use the spirograph stencil set and paper napkins in some mixed media paintings and the metallic pink elastic is for a homemade Midori travellers notebook (Fauxdori) that I’m thinking of attempting to make.. I also did lots of arting, working on Tam’s heart lesson and I started a new Nymph painting, look at the state of my desk.. Art space joanne seale That’s it for now!
