I made this page to remind myself about the importance of self-care.
Had I noticed the signs 3 months ago when I was feeling run down and overwhelmed, I really should have gone on the retreat I had planned.
And a month ago when I had a tightness in my head, trouble sleeping, lots of viral infections and lost interest in preparing meals. I really should have taken time out..
The first step towards self-care is raising your hand and saying ‘I’m not waving, I’m drowning..’
